FIRST ROUND INTERVIEWS
Initial interview conducted by MATCH Executive to establish a full candidate profile.
Each candidate’s performance is scored against role competencies and selection criteria. The results are summarised in a Candidate Matrix allowing you to quickly and easily see each candidate’s strengths and weaknesses.
Short listed candidates are interviewed directly by the client drawing on questions and information supplied by us.
Short-listed candidates undergo comprehensive background and reference checks to verify all academic records, employment history and accomplishments.
2ND CLIENT INTERVIEW
Any questions raised by the first round of interviews and background checks are tackled in a second round of face to face meetings.
The team at MATCH Executive will conduct any psychometric testing required by our clients.
NEGOTATIONS AND ONBOARDING
Once a candidate has been selected, we can offer our expertise with salary negotiations, writing up contracts and letters of offer. We also help the candidate resign from their current position and transition to their new employer.
MATCH Executive is able to facilitate the candidate’s induction process and help to identify and address any potential issues on either side, so ensuring a successful long-term placement.
In the rare event that a candidate resigns or is not suitable in the first three months of placement, we will replace the candidate at no extra charge
